NC Black Primer/Undercoater is a fast dry, easy sanding, High performance Nitrocellulose lacquer primer/undercoater. It is specifically formulated for use as the first coat under nitrocellulose products. DO NOT use under post-catalyzed products. Black NC Primer exhibits very good adhesion on wood, particleboard and hard board. Also has good holdout over porous surfaces such as soft wood and untempered hard board. Sands very well to produce an excellent base coat with outstanding holdout of topcoats.
