Web said 8 day shipping. Two weeks have passed since my order and still don’t know when rugs will be ready or when I will receive. Web didn’t say rugs are made to order and am still waiting to learn when rugs will be made and when I will receive.
Very disappointed since I thought rugs were beautiful and was looking forward to adding them to my home decor. I would like a full refund if I don’t receive them in a few days.

I never received rugs that I ordered two weeks ago nor did the web tell me that the rugs would be made to order. The web said 8 day shipment so I thought I would have my rugs in 8 days and still I don’t know if they’ve been manufactured yet nor do I know when I will receive them. I’m very disappointed.
