Awesome Product (but you will need more than you think)

We had a guest bathroom that had 1980s mismatched 4”x4” square tiles. It looked dated but we didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a remodel since it’s a guest bath. Good prep is key - sanding, tack cloth, thorough clean, remove all caulk, taping, etc. Bought 2 kits and got about halfway done. Respirator is a must. This stuff stinks and the fumes will make your eyes water. It starts out the consistency of skim milk. By the time you get to the end of the can, it’s the consistency of syrup. Also, it EATS foam brushes. We probably used 25 foam rollers and 15 foam paint brushes. When the roller starts to go, throw it out!! Or you will end up with small pieces of foam stuck on your tile. If that happens, wait for it to dry, lightly sand, and add another coat. Ended up using 5 kits, which provided us with 3 coats/layers. Looks amazing! Even my picky mom (who was very skeptical and told us to hire a professional) couldn’t get over how great it looked! We are not DIYer and we easily handled the project.
